Owner, Bert Bell designed and built both vanities to match the architectural details and finishes used throughout the kitchen and living spaces.
Guest Bathroom:
The guest bath features a 10‑foot floating vanity with two sinks, six doors, and three large drawers. The cabinetry was finished with the same rich, multi‑step dye stain used in the Lake Austin Bungalow kitchen to maintain a cohesive design throughout the home. LED accent lighting was installed underneath the vanity to highlight the floating design and add a soft, modern glow.
Primary Bathroom:
The primary bath includes a custom floating vanity with a vessel sink and six drawers, designed with a clipped end to accommodate the walking path into the bathroom. The clipped corner features an inset radius‑arch pattern that matches the signature design elements used in the Lake Austin Bungalow kitchen. This vanity was finished with a seven‑step black dye stain process for a deep, contemporary look. LED accent lighting underneath enhances the floating effect and adds a warm, ambient touch.
