CIRCLE C SOUTH BATH

This Circle C South bath needed a full overhaul to replace the original layout, dated finishes, and framed‑in closet that made the space feel tight. The homeowners wanted a brighter, more open design with modern fixtures and a spa‑like feel. Owner, Bert Bell reworked the entire plan, finalizing the scope and selections before demo to keep the project organized from start to finish.

We removed everything from floor to ceiling, including the closet and soffits, and relocated plumbing supply lines and drains for the new tub, shower, and wall‑mounted fixtures. The main floor was finished with 15x30 porcelain tile, while the shower floor features a 1.5" matte ceramic mosaic. The shower and tub walls combine 4x16 Meringue glossy white tile on the end walls with a striking 24x48 Trevisa Bianca accent wall. A curbless walk‑in shower with tempered, super‑clear low‑iron glass completes the clean, modern layout.

The floating vanity, floating shelves, and makeup desk were all built in rift‑sawn white oak for a warm, contemporary look. Bianco Vail quartz countertops pair with Miseno vessel sinks, wall‑mounted faucets, a freestanding soaking tub, LED makeup mirror, and pendant lighting over the vanity and tub. The result is a cohesive, modern space with thoughtful details throughout.

The homeowners appreciated the communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail during the project. The finished bathroom is open, bright, and designed for everyday comfort with a clean, spa‑inspired aesthetic.
